US KOL Specialist

Currently, We’re looking for a US KOL admin / Creator acquisition, specifically within the hotel, travel, and attraction niche. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, communicative, and familiar with working across international teams and time zones. What You’ll Do: Support KOL / Creator acquisition for the US market (hotels, attractions, and local experiences)Assist the team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding creators relevant to TikTok Go campaignsManage and maintain creator databases, contact lists, and acquisition trackersCoordinate outreach, follow-ups, and basic communication with US-based creatorsSupport administrative processes related to creator documentation, agreements, and onboarding requirementsAssist with scheduling, coordination, and operational support for creator campaignsWork closely with Local Services, Creator Management, and Operations teams to ensure smooth executionMaintain accurate records, reports, and internal documentationSupport day-to-day admin tasks related to TikTok Go local services projects What We’re Looking For:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in admin, operations, creator management, or similar rolesStrong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detailComfortable communicating in English (written & spoken)Familiarity with TikTok, creator economy, or influencer marketing is a strong plusAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (Sheets, Docs, Excel, etc.)Comfortable working with international teams and US-based creatorsWillingness to work 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (to align with US operations) Why Join Us?
