Head of Product Development

to lead their product management function and drive sustainable business growth.

Qualifications Education & Background

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Engineering or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in the same industry (Automation / Packaging / Industrial Machinery)

Proven experience as Product Development Manager, Head of Product, or similar leadership role

Technical Skills

Strong depth of product knowledge in automation / packaging systems

Experience using CRM systems and product management tools

Strong understanding of pricing strategy, sales forecasting, and portfolio management

Strong leadership and people management capabilityStrategic thinker with strong commercial acumen

Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategy

Excellent cross-functional communication skills

Strong analytical mindset and decision-making abilities

Job descriptions the head of product development is responsible for defining and executing the overall product strategy aligned with company objectives and revenue targets. this role leads and develops the product team, manages product portfolio performance, oversees sales forecasting and pricing strategy, and identifies new market opportunities to drive business growth. the position also ensures strong collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and principals, while maintaining governance standards, commercial accuracy, and continuous product lifecycle optimization. regular reporting to senior management on product performance, risks, and strategic opportunities is required.
