Responsibilities
Primarily responsible for selling and promoting products to channel participants (GT/MTI/KA).
Manages all aspects of the selling process and relationships with partners.
Administers sales policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals for the territory.
Making daily, weekly and monthly report.
Monitoring and evaluating productivity of Salesmen and Distributor.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent, especially in FMCG Industry (Personal Care & Skincare Products).
Required Skill(s): Negotiation skill, Analytical Thinking, Leadership, Market Knowledge, Distribution Management, Sales Data Report.
Experienced in managing distribution channels (GT, MTI, & KA) for all Tasikmalaya & Garut area.
Applicant who is under 36 years old is preferable.
Willing to work travel.
