Regional Operation Engineer

Responsibilites: Responsible to serve activities of production and operational, network maintenance & administration to support customers needs in the area based on target SLA. Planning & monitoring production capacity & technically develop product integrated with the corporate and area needs. Responsible for system & network installation & shutdown by the contract and by the target delivery. Responsible to handle handover process, maintenance process & administer contract of Fiber Optic in the area. Maintenance professional working-relationship to the customers & reconciliate for any case as a professional to the affiliates & customers. Responsible to identify prospective customers in the area to create innovative retention program. Responsible to coordinating services strategy with local area network provider. Responsible to handle complain from customers for technical aspects in the area. Coordinating to fix problems/error reported by the customers in the area with local area networks provider. Conduct evaluation system to create performance operational report periodicaly. Responsible to handle complain from customers for technical aspects in the area.

Qualifications: Minimum education: Bachelor Degree Majoring Electrical/Informatics/Telecommunication Engineer or any linear or relevantly At least 2 years experienced at Network/Telecommunications field Have professional certification at least associates level from well known branded network company (would be an advantage) Having deep understanding about Networking/VSAT/FO/Server/Storage Willing and ready to work and positioned at Lintasarta branch (Banjarmasin)
