Job Description

Provide company-wide leadership and direction on product-engineering security.

Develop and socialize a culture of security that prioritizes security across product-engineering organization.

Integrate with risk, compliance, and product-engineering process in planning and operation.

Set up framework and guideline for product engineering security to create or improve processes including but not limited to

Set up quarterly themes and prioritization regarding security initiatives in alignment to company's direction

Provide strategic subject matter expertise on product-engineering security.

Requirements

Good command of active and passive English.

Good grasp of organization dynamics to align and influence various leadership stakeholders.

Excellent strategic communicator including ability to push various product-engineering security agenda.

Good understanding of risk management and compliance aspects of security.

Have a good capability to understand organization priorities and goals to reframe security agenda and reprioritize security agendas for maximum adoption.

Comprehensive foundational technical understanding to reason about security.

At least 5 years relevant work experience to indicate understanding about business, operation, engineering, and security.
