ACCOUNTING MANAGER

About the role We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Tira Austenite, Tbk in East Jakarta. As the Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the company’s overall accounting functions comprehensively

Prepare and ensure the accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK

Manage the financial closing and consolidation process

Ensure compliance with OJK, BEI regulations, and applicable tax laws

Coordinate internal and external audits effectively

Ensure the internal control system operates optimally

Develop and improve ERP-based accounting systems and processes

Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to the Board of Directors/Management

Coach and develop the Accounting team to achieve optimal performance

Mandatory Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting

Holds a Certified Accountant (CA) certification

Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial position

In-depth understanding of PSAK, taxation, and public company regulations

Experienced in preparing consolidated financial statements and managing audit processes

Proficient in ERP systems and accounting software such as: Accurate, SAGE, Oracle, SAP

Strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, detail‑oriented, and high integrity

Able to work under tight deadlines and high work pressure

Preferred & Advantageous

Prior experience working at a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is preferred

Holds Brevet A & B tax certifications

Possesses additional professional certifications in accounting/finance (e.g., CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications)

Experience working in a public listed company (Tbk) is an advantage
