Responsibilities: Develop and conceptualize new makeup products, from ideation to launch. Innovate across texture, formula, packaging, and other key product aspects. Oversee the entire product innovation process, ensuring excellence at every stage. Engage with internal and external end-users to gather insights that shape product decisions. Generate and share product knowledge to support marketing and sales strategies. Analyze product performance, including sales trends and KOL marketing insights. Create detailed product briefs and provide strategic input for marketing positioning.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in any major. 3-4 years of experience in

Beauty Product Development . Fluent in

English (oral & written) . Strong understanding of local and international

makeup market trends, ingredients, and consumer needs . Passionate about beauty, with extensive knowledge of

makeup ingredients . Proven experience in

leading product teams and cross-functional collaboration . Skilled in market research and data synthesis to inform product decisions. Track record of

successfully developing and launching beauty products . Willing to work from the

Mega Kuningan office (WFO policy) .
