About the Role
EDUCATION: Graduate in any discipline.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients to understand, analyze requirements and scope of the project.
Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
Take independent responsibility for project deliverables.
Handle deployment and testing of projects in the client environment and provide appropriate training to clients.
Review and elevate bugs and enhancement requests to the development team, prioritizing fixes based on severity.
Draft System Requirement Specifications and detailed system design documents for projects.
Generate defect reports and deliver them to the Project Manager.
Prepare test cases and system documentation modularly.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to complete testing before timelines with minimal supervision.
Qualifications & Skills
Participate in the entire Test Lifecycle in life insurance.
Deep knowledge of endโtoโend insurance processes.
At least 2 years of experience in the insurance domain.
Experience in product launch and servicing modules.
Good understanding of digital testing.
Ability to write test scenarios and test cases; experience with JIRA.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Working knowledge of at least one automation tool (preferred Playwright and Selenium Java).
