Chief Financial Officer

IBMC is assisting one of our clients, a global Digital Marketing agency for Prop Trading Firms in hiring an experienced Chief Financial Officer

to oversee financial operations and driving strategic decision‑making. The ideal candidate will have experience working in international companies , possess strong proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting , and have a background in business consulting or agency work .

Key Responsibilities

Lead company-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.

Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support decision‑making and business growth.

Provide data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations to the office of CEOs.

Manage the company’s capital structure to ensure financial sustainability and scalability.

Supervise accounting operations and ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with financial standards.

Oversee inter‑company transactions, transfer pricing, and cost allocations (if applicable).

Establish and enforce effective internal controls, systems, and reporting processes.

Deliver timely and reliable financial reports to support executive and board‑level decision‑making.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or senior finance leader in a startup organisation.

Strong expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and corporate governance.

Advanced financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.

Experience in implementing scalable systems, financial processes, and internal controls.

Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or an advanced degree (e.g., MBA in Finance) is highly preferred.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness to work according to designated working hours.
