Project Manager

Central Jakarta, Jakarta, ID

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager, preferably with experience in Solar Panel projects.

Willing to be placed on project sites (both local and out-of-town).

Familiar with material assessments, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and prepare Cost of Goods Sold (HPP).

Proficient Ms. Office (Ms. Excel and Ms. Word) and Autocad 2D.

Demonstrates leadership skills, good communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, high initiative, and ability to work in a team.

Honest, disciplined, and responsible.

Having a driver licenses A & C.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage overall site operations to ensure project execution aligns with the schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Monitor timelines, budget, and resource planning.

Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues.

Manage site logistics, manpower allocation, material delivery schedules, and equipment readiness.

Maintain proper site administration including documentation, permits, reports, attendance, and inventory.
