Job Description
The Manager – Sales drives offline, VIP, and institutional gold sales through high-value customer management, brand activations, events, and wholesale channels.
This role bridges relationship-led sales and structured retail execution, ensuring security, compliance, and seamless integration with the online e-commerce platform in a regulated precious-metals environment.
Manage and grow relationships withVIP / HVC customers
Design tailored sales approaches (exclusive offers, private previews, invite-only events)
Track VIP lifecycle, repeat purchase, and conversion metrics
Ensure consistent VIP experience across online and offline channels
Plan and executepop-ups, exhibitions, roadshows, and private sales events
Own end-to-end execution: venue, staffing, stock, sales, and post-event reporting
Ensure brand, pricing, and compliance alignment across all events
Brand Activation & On-Ground Sales
Lead on-ground sales drives and brand activation programs
Supervise sales teams for accurate product communication and ethical selling
Coordinate with Marketing on campaign messaging and promotions
Security, Inventory & Logistics
Enforce strictgold handling, display, and security SOPs
Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, Vault, and Security teams
Ensure accurate stock movement, reconciliation, and documentation
Institutional, Wholesale & Partner Sales
Develop and manageinstitutional and wholesale sales channels
Negotiate commercial terms within pricing and risk guidelines
Manage marketplace promos, partner SLAs, and joint activations
Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track revenue, leads, conversions, event ROI, and institutional pipeline
Prepare regular performance reports and improvement recommendations
What skills and experience do you need?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus
Have 15 years of working experiencesin sales, preferably ingold, jewelry, luxury, or high-value retail, with strong experience in VIP / HVC relationship management, Offline sales activations & events and Institutional or wholesale sales. Proven cross-functional coordination (logistics, security, partners); At least have 5 years’ experience as Manager – Sales (Gold Retail).
Strong understanding of gold retail and premium customer behavior; Solid knowledge of inventory control, security, and SLA management
Expertise in offline-to-online (O2O) sales models
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills; High integrity and compliance mindset
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
