Job Description

Provide customer support primarily through call, email, chat or other channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and delivering timely responses to customers’ queries or concerns in accordance with predetermined parameters.

Monitor product, content or video quality labeling uploaded by user.

Resolves customer inquiries and prioritizes customer satisfaction by putting their needs first.

Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum 1 year in customer service, content QC or return refund.

E-commerce platform, complaint resolution, customer service, aftersales consulting related work experience is preferred.
