Operational Manager

About the role As an Operational Manager for PT Taurus Gemilang Group, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's hospitality and tourism business. Based in the vibrant city of South Jakarta, this full-time position will see you managing a team of employees to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the company's operations.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and productivity across the organization

Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, support and performance feedback

Monitor and analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures

Liaise with other departments, such as finance and marketing, to ensure cross-functional collaboration

Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and the company's internal policies and procedures

Identify and implement new technologies or processes to enhance the operational capabilities of the business

Contribute to the development of the company's long-term strategic goals and objectives

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience in an operational management role, preferably within the F&B, hospitality or tourism industry

Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically

Strong financial acumen and the ability to interpret and analyse operational data

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field

Proficient in the use of relevant software and digital tools to support operational management
