Job Overview: We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern who is passionate about data and eager to contribute to a fast-growing, data-driven environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, energetic, and curious, with the ability to turn data into insights that support smarter business decisions.

This role involves developing and maintaining data models, conducting market and customer analysis, and working closely with the management team to build dashboards, reports, and daily insights that help drive performance. You should be comfortable working with marketplace data, Google Analytics, and large datasets. This opportunity is also open for final-year students from relevant majors who are ready for a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update data models, key business metrics, and performance dashboards.

Perform market and customer behavior analysis to provide actionable insights.

Execute end-to-end analytical projects to support business strategy and operational improvements.

Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain reports, and dashboards for day-to-day business analysis.

Monitor digital channels (e.g., marketplaces, Google Analytics) to evaluate traffic, conversion, and campaign performance.

Translate raw data into meaningful visualizations and clear recommendations.

Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through data exploration and logical reasoning.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across different sources.

Requirements

Final-year student or recent graduate in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Comfortable working with data from marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia) and Google Analytics.

Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).

Highly data-centric, curious, and enthusiastic with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to present data findings with clear logic and reasoning.

Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
