Content Creator

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Design Communications/Communications or equivalent. This position requires at least a year of working experience in the related field. Proven experience as a social media, content creator, or similar role. Solid knowledge of content-creating techniques and social media principles. Good understanding of market research techniques and statistical and data analysis methods. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Proficient in using in-app creator tools across social platforms and skilled in video editing software/applications. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Creativity and commercial awareness. Experienced in collaborating with KOL/Influencers. RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage all of social media platforms, including followers' growth, content planning, production, and implementation. Create educational yet entertaining static and visual content that people will want to share on social media channels. Develop engaging, educational content that aligns with our mission of delivering the best English courses globally and making them accessible. Conceptualize, script, produce, and shoot short-form video content for our social channels. Work on large-scale content campaigns, collaborating with creators and creating scripted content with our animated characters. Collaborate cross-functionally to promote product features, launches, and initiatives, such as podcasts, course updates, and employee branding. Evolve our short-form video strategy, incorporating quantitative analysis by running various content experiments and iterating on successful ones. Work closely with all marketing teams and Centre Managers to support Marketing and Company objectives. How many years' experience do you have as a Content Creator?
