About the role Yayasan Bali Lentera Kasih Permata Hati is seeking dedicated and passionate

PRIMARY TEACHERS

to join our team in Bali. This is a full‑time position, where you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality educational experiences to our students.

What you’ll be doing Planning and delivering engaging, age‑appropriate lessons aligned with the curriculum.

Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for students

Assessing student progress and providing timely feedback to support their development

Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and continuously improve teaching methods

Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills

Communicating effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a strong home‑school partnership

What we’re looking for (Job Requirements)

IGCSE/AS‑A Level teaching experience preferred

A minimum of a

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Secondary Education

is required

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory

Ability to multi‑task, work as part of a team, and actively participate in the wider school community

A genuine passion for teaching teenagers

Strong 21st‑century teaching skills and a high level of technological proficiency

A minimum of 2 years of full‑time teaching experience in a recognized international educational school is a distinct advantage

Willingness to grow and develop into an outstanding teacher
