Job Description As a Product Specialist – Surgical, you will be responsible for promoting Beyond Medical’s hysteroscopy and minimally invasive surgery (MIS) product lines. You will build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the medical field, including surgeons, urologists, OB/GYNs, and procurement professionals, to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Create and implement strategic plans to achieve KPI and increase market share for Minimal Invasive Surgery (MIS) business.

Provide clinical support during surgical procedures (especially in Operating Room/OKA settings).

Effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and support sales team by developing a strong understanding of product portfolio and surgical procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of sales plans.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.

Identify market opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and provide feedback to internal teams.

Manage territory activities efficiently, ensuring consistent customer engagement and follow-up.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.

Fluent and well communicated in English.

Experience in Operating Room (OR) or Surgical product sales is highly preferred.

Background in hysteroscopy or minimally invasive surgery (MIS) will be a strong advantage.

Nursing background (Perawat Kamar OKA) or relevant clinical experience is a plus.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong initiative, learning agility, and result-oriented mindset.

Willing to travel frequently within Jabodetabek and West Java area.

Willing to work on weekend/National holiday if required.

Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C).
