Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Plan, script, and direct TikTok/ Instagram/ Facebook video concepts that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience. Strategizing content forone of the top rated TikTok account (Nutrition Suplements category) in the market. Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends and challenges, integrating them intoour content strategy to maintain relevance and virality. Platform Optimization: Optimize content for social media algorithms, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement. Cross-Platform Integration: Work closely with other marketing teams and Livestream Teamsto integrate social media content seamlessly into broader marketing campaigns. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights torefine content strategy and enhance overall performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in creating social media content. (e.g. TikTok, Instagram/ FacebookYoutube reels). Understanding on the requirements and needs of local demographic on social media trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proactive and quick learner. A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Strong communication skills in Bahasa and English proficiency. Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers. Outstanding communication skills. Up to date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
