Responsibilities
Input, review, and analyze the data.
Grab insight from the data about market trends and sales insight.
Strong in data mining and spreadsheet operation.
Maintaining a good communication with distributors.
Create effective strategy to achieve companyโs target.
Find new customers or potential business partner/clients.
Execute sales action plans and liaise with marketing department for advertisements.
Analyze and evaluate effectivity of existing Sales & Marketing program.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree from any major.
At least 3 years of experience as sales supervisor, preferably Consumer Goods or Cigarette Industry, or related.
Having great analytical skill, organizational skill and problem solver.
Having experience in handling GT channel.
Willing to work from our HQ (Jakarta) and do frequent business travel.
Having experience in handling Central Java/West Java/Kalimantan area would be a plus.
