A global leader in payment innovation and financial technology is launching new strategic initiatives in Indonesia. We’re seeking a Banking Operational Excellence Contractor to support operational transformation projects for a top-tier bank. Responsibilities

Conduct desktop research on market trends, products, and marketing strategies Analyze client and internal data to uncover insights and drive recommendations Assist in developing high-quality project deliverables and Steering Committee presentations Coordinate alignment between stakeholders and support biweekly progress updates Support the execution of agreed actions and follow-through on project milestones Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in

banking operations and/or operational consulting Prior experience

working with Indonesian banks or financial institutions Deep understanding of

transaction authorization, settlement, and clearing—especially with international payment networks (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) Strong problem-solving, independent working ability, and client-facing experience Background in

consulting or PMO roles Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English Must be Jakarta-based and open to working onsite at the client’s office 1-year contract, with potential extension or conversion to a permanent position based on performance and project continuity Details
