Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Network & Operations professional responsible for managing and optimizing the companyโs end-to-end IT infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performance system and network operations across all business units. The role oversees daily IT operations, incident and problem management, infrastructure upgrades, and system monitoring while enforcing an integrated IT governance framework for data, devices, and network security.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain end-to-end IT infrastructure including network, servers, storage, cloud, endpoints, and IT services.
Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, wireless, and WAN connectivity across sites.
Monitor performance and uptime of network and system infrastructure using IT monitoring tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to connectivity, servers, applications, and end-user services.
Administer Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud resources (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Oversee backup, restore, business continuity and disaster recovery processes.
Execute infrastructure upgrades, patch management, capacity planning, and preventive maintenance.
Maintain IT asset lifecycle (procurement, deployment, inventory, retirement) and up-to-date documentation.
Implement and comply with ITIL processes including incident, change, problem, and asset management.
Apply the Integrated IT Governance Framework to ensure company-wide standards for infrastructure, data, and device management.
Ensure consistent and reliable IT operations by enforcing standardized on-site procedures across all business units.
Support cyber resilience and compliance through regular audits, risk assessments, data governance, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Support mission-critical systems and provide 24/7 support availability when required, including escalation management.
Qualifications
Fluent in English both written and verbal is a must.
Proven experience in both network administration and IT system/server operations.
Strong understanding of routing/switching, firewalls, VPN technologies, and wireless systems.
Hands-on experience in system administration: Windows/Linux, virtualization, backup technologies, and cloud services.
Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice, etc.).
Experience in security hardening, access management, and disaster recovery.
Preferred certifications:
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional coordination skills.
