Identify improvement ideas/initiatives related to all warehouse processes and related activities to improve productivity, reduce cost, improve service and quality, and align with business strategic direction Analyze the cost and benefit of improvement initiatives in a structured way to secure buy-in from Management Plan and manage projects related to process improvement, including defining project scope, creating project plans, and managing timelines Identify, develop and deploy a continuous improvement program that supports warehouse operations strategic direction across all aspects of the business system Drive identification, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of scalable end-to-end processes within the warehouse operations team Regularly benchmark/research against internal and external markets to identify effective ways to enhance warehouse processes; develop strategic plans to improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity, optimize cycle time, and enhance buyer satisfaction Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify improvement opportunities within current warehouse operations and provide insights to support decision-making Collaborate with the warehouse operations team to execute improvement plans and explore opportunities for enhancement and potential gains Conduct training related to improvement tools such as Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma Carry out additional or special tasks as assigned by the supervisor according to capacity Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably in business or industrial engineering Minimum 1 year of experience in process improvement, preferably in warehouse and logistics Experience in Kaizen/LEAN/Six Sigma implementation, preferably in warehouse or e-commerce Good command of Google Sheets / MS Excel and MS Access Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making Good communication and presentation skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels Seniority level
