Key Responsibilities

Identify market needs and explore new business opportunities

Prepare product proposal documents for internal and regulatory review.

Manage the review and approval process, including iterations in cross‑functional alignment meetings.

Support documentation processes, including agreements, and internal approval forms.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Finance or Management

1 to 3 years of proven experience in product development

Foundational understanding of health and life insurance products

Ability to speak in English and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Having certification from PAMJAKI/PAI/LOMA/IIS is an advantage.
