Account Executive
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Account Executive for our branding agency company to help connect clients with impactful branding solutions, turning business goals into meaningful and creative brand experiences.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and research new business opportunities (tech startups, enterprises, and IT departments) through LinkedIn, industry databases, and networking.
Outbound Outreach: Execute cold outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to initiate conversations with key stakeholders (CTOs, Engineering Managers, and HR Directors).
Pitching & Presentations: Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations that clearly articulate Egghead’s value proposition in solving technical training gaps.
Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a healthy and consistent sales pipeline.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, handle objections effectively, and ensure all legal and financial terms are finalized for new partnerships.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to refine outreach scripts and sales strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Executive roles (agency experience is a plus).
Strong ability in lead generation, client relationship building, and business pitching.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Familiar with sales pipeline management and CRM tools.
Strong understanding of branding, marketing, or creative services is preferred.
Target-driven, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with internal teams.
