PROJECT MANAGER (MANAGING PARTNER) Specialty Chemicals & Ingredients Provision Neochem Group is part of GOGO Corp, established since 1979, and has now grown to house several sub corporations, namely “Chemicals & New Materials”, “Manufacturing”, “Consumer Goods”, “Health & Beauty”, “Medical Device”, and “Multimedia, TV Shopping & Online Shopping”. We have our own Educational Health Talk Shows on National TV’s.

Neochem itself focuses on specialty chemicals, new chemicals innovations & green chemicals, and has now grown to date to be one of the leaders in Specialty Chemicals & Ingredients Provision, and now opening the following position:

PROJECT MANAGER (MANAGING PARTNER) Work Description:

Responsible for sales revenue KPI agreed

Responsible for new business & product development target as per KPI agreed

Monitor AR turnover and inventory turnover within tolerable limit in KPI

Reporting actively & periodically as per agreed, on activity, progress, action plan, market data

Qualification:

Experience min 5 years in the same company, focusing on Plastics & Rubber, Cosmetics, Food, Feed & Pharma, Ink & Coating (Metal Working), Mining & Oleo chemicals

Used to work with target, database, and have wide connections

Education is D3/S1/S2 in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Business/Food Technology/Pharma/Mining

Best Employee/Best Achievement Awards/Proven Track Records are Highly Appreciated

Able to understand English, and Chinese speaking is a PLUS

Have established clients with strong marketing and R&D analytical skills, able to influence

Aggressive, able to overcome pressure comfortably

Have strong work ethics, proactive, mature & stable

Like field work, ready to travel in & out of town, yet sharp & prompt in market intelligence & survey

Able to tap fast into opportunity

Head Offices in Central Jakarta and Alam Sutera and ready to work immediately
