Job Description

Lead and manage overall hotel operations to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and profitability targets. Oversee all departments (Rooms, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, Engineering). Ensure service quality and guest satisfaction in accordance with brand standards and SOPs. Control budgets, financial reports, and operational cost efficiency. Develop teams through coaching, performance evaluation, and talent development. Maintain strong relationships with owners, corporate clients, vendors, and relevant stakeholders. Handle major guest complaints and ensure the hotel’s reputation is well maintained. Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with the last position as General Manager or Hotel Manager. Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and service excellence. Proven experience in budget management and sales strategy development. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to make strategic decisions. Target-driven with a strong focus on service quality and guest satisfaction. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Willing to be placed in Lombok.
