Plan, design, and execute national-scale events (product launches, brand activations, health seminars, trade shows)

Develop event proposals including schedules, venues, vendors, budgets, and compliance requirements.

Manage logistics, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional coordination (marketing, communications, media).

Ensure events align with brand positioning and regulatory standards for health products (BPOM, Ministry of Health).

Evaluate event effectiveness through ROI, consumer engagement, and feedback reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Business Management.

Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, preferably within FMCG or healthcare industries.

Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor negotiation skills.

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia.
