Main Responsibilities

Responsible for leading and driving the community management agenda to strengthen brand relevance and equity across owned social channels, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand voice

Own the end-to-end community engagement strategy, including moderation standards, engagement guidelines, and escalation management, to deliver best-in-class consumer experience

Drive brand performance through strategic community initiatives, UGC amplification, and community-led activations that support demand generation and brand building objectives

Analyze community sentiment, post-performance, and engagement trends to generate actionable insights and inform content optimization and narrative direction

Stakeholder management and collaborate with cross function includes External agencies and internal stakeholder

Monitor and manage community-related budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective deployment

Candidate Criteria Experience & Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in health related, social studies, or related field

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in community and stakeholders’ management or marketing.

Strong curiosity to understand of consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Strong confident to managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Skill

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate brand vision and strategy effectively.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed decisions.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and driving change.

Proficiency in social media and amplification
