What Youโll Do
Lead the national training strategy for Sales & CRM teams
Design, develop, and deliver training modules (product, soft skills, sales process, customer experience, and brand standards)
Develop trainers and certify dealership Sales Consultants across regions
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and Dealer Management to identify training needs
Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through assessments, coaching, and dataโdriven insights
Ensure consistent implementation of Mazdaโs sales standards across all dealer networks
Manage annual training calendars, budgets, and reporting
What Weโre Looking For
5โ8 years experience in sales training, preferably in automotive or premium brands
Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
Proven ability to design training curriculum and deliver impactful sessions
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, customer experience, and adult learning principles
Able to travel for national dealer training activities
A confident, energetic, and inspiring trainer
