Job Description As the Strategy and Projects Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and driving strategic initiatives that enhance the operational efficiency and strategic direction of Ajaib. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify strategic priorities, manage key projects, and develop comprehensive strategic frameworks to optimize our business operations. This position requires a proactive mindset to lead various projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and business goals. Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and iteratively refine processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, drive operational improvements, and effectively implement strategic initiatives. Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities. Prepare presentations and reports for the leadership team outlining project status, progress, and recommendations for decision-making. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying best practices for project management and execution. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or operations management, preferably in the fintech or tech sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. Demonstrated project management experience, including defining project scope, developing timelines, and managing resources effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels. A collaborative mindset with proven ability to work across various teams and build strong relationships. A proactive problem-solver who can identify challenges and create strategic solutions. A passion for fintech and understanding of investment products is a plus.
