Job Description

Ensure that all branch components are well-managed and operate smoothly, including short and long-term strategic planning and implementation.

Lead and monitor the sales team performance to consistently achieve branch targets.

Build strong relationship with all internal stakeholders of Permata Bank.

Support the overall strategy of Permata Bank/Branch Network/Region/Area.

Job Requirements

Has a minimum 4-6 years experiences in Branch Network

Solid knowledge of Banking Products and Marketing.

Good leadership skills and experience in leading a team and/or colleagues.

Strong communication and relationship skills.
