Product Management Supervisor

Responsbilites:

Managing Product with Demand Planning Make sell through forecast to calculate how much sell in do we need to meet the target Provide & fulfilled targets for buying and selling products according to the brand Maintain product category profit within the target has been set Ensure the execution of all programs in order to push sales achievement Coordinate with the principal regarding the implementation of the program for push sales Understanding market through sales insight, market research and competitive analysis Request a budget support from vendor/principle for the program and activity needed Responsible for controlling and provide good stock management system Maintain ideal Days of Stock Planning to reduce aging stocks and DOA/Damage units

Requirement:

Minimum bachelor degree in any major Minimum 2-3 years on product management field Experience on retail industry Good teamwork Good english skill
