Role Overview
We are hiring a Junior Marketing Executive to take ownership of IPH’s core marketing execution and performance-driven initiatives.
This role is hands-on, execution-focused, and cross-functional, working closely with Sales, Management, and external partners. You will be responsible not only for brand presence, but also for marketing assets that directly support revenue, partnerships, and investor confidence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing Assets
Complete and support marketing investor decks (for investors, partners, and strategic stakeholders)
Create promotional marketing materials: Posters, flyers, pitch decks, PDFs
Update and maintain sales & marketing collateral to support deal closing
2. Content, SEO & Performance Marketing
Write and manage SEO articles for the IPH blog
Use tools such as SEMRUSH (or similar) for keyword research and SEO optimization
Understand and support Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) such as : Campaign structure, Basic performance tracking and Alignment with funnel objectives
3. Social Media & Digital Presence
Plan and produce content for: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook
Ensure content aligns with brand positioning, campaigns, and sales objectives
Work from an agreed content calendar and campaign timeline
4. Email Marketing & Global Outreach
Execute email campaigns to global HNWI (High Net Worth Individual) leads
Create persuasive, professional email marketing content aligned with: Investor decks, Partnership offerings, and Platform value propositions
5. Sales & Client Support
Support Sales team with:
Marketing performance reports
Case studies and campaign results
Data-backed materials to convince clients and partners to join IPH
Join client or partner meetings (when needed) to support pitches from a marketing-performance perspective
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business, Digital Media, or related fields
Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
Strong understanding of: SEO & create content marketing plan
Social media platforms and analytics
Google Ads & Meta Ads (hands-on or strong conceptual knowledge)
Comfortable creating presentation decks, reports, and promotional materials
Proficient with tools such as:
Canva / Figma (basic)
Google Workspace
SEO tools (SEMRUSH preferred)
Preferably (Optional) know how to operate Drone, Professional Camera, and other Marketing gadgets
**Able to work on-site in Sanur, Bali
