Corporate and Insurance Doctor (Jakarta)
We are looking for a
medical doctor
who is passionate about bridging
clinical services, insurance management, and corporate healthcare partnerships . This role plays a critical part in ensuring patient safety, service compliance, and strong relationships with insurance and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with clinicians to manage insured and corporate-guaranteed patient services
Ensure alignment between clinical services and insurance or corporate agreements
Provide medical support in the socialization and implementation of updated regulations to clinicians and administrative teams
Handle and negotiate problematic insurance claims with payers from a medical perspective
Identify and resolve issues that may pose risks to patient safety or hospital reputation
Conduct data analysis and escalate key issues through regular coordination with the Head of AMA
Prepare and review
Initial Medical Reports (LMA)
and
Follow‑Up Medical Reports (LML)
for discharged patients
Ensure completeness and accuracy of insurance documentation for outpatient and inpatient services
Support validation of medical supporting documents, including diagnostics and procedures
Ensure daily medical reports from EMR are completed accurately
Assist in documentation readiness for care transitions from Outpatient Services to
Pre‑Operative Clinic (POC)
Requirements
Medical Doctor ( MD / dr. ) with an active
STR
and valid
SIP
(or willing to process SIP as required)
Minimum
3–5 years of clinical experience , preferably in a hospital setting
Experience or strong exposure in
insurance, corporate accounts, medical assurance, or managed care
is highly preferred
Good understanding of
health insurance processes , including medical claims, LMA/LML, and coordination with payers
Strong ability to collaborate with clinicians, administrative teams, and insurance partners
Capable of handling
claim negotiations
and resolving complex cases from a medical perspective
Strong analytical skills to identify risks related to
patient safety, service quality, and hospital reputation
Detail‑oriented, assertive, and able to communicate clearly in multidisciplinary forums
Willing to work in a
corporate‑hospital hybrid role
with both clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders
