Senior Strategist

Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive brand and/or campaign strategies for clients across a range of industries. Lead the development of strategic insights, campaign ideas, and brand positioning based on in-depth market research and consumer analysis. Partner with account management, creative, and data teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and campaigns. Monitor and assess campaign performance, providing actionable insights and optimizations to improve effectiveness. Present strategic plans and recommendations to clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives and KPIs. Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inspire innovative strategy development. Mentor and guide junior strategists, providing leadership and fostering professional development. Oversee the creation of high-quality strategic presentations, reports, and other client-facing materials.

Requirements 5+ years of experience working in an advertising agency, preferably with a mix of digital agency background. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, data analytics, and emerging advertising technologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills. Ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable strategies. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills Experience working as Digital Strategist either in digital agency or brand Expertise in brand strategy, market research, and consumer insights. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and KOL tracking tools.
