Key Responsibilities

Review and ensure accuracy of clients’ financial and tax reports (Monthly Reports, Payroll, CIT, VAT, etc.).

Oversee and guide junior consultants in preparing client deliverables with minimal rework.

Manage communication with clients and tax officers, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

Handle complex tax compliance and advisory projects independently.

Lead the preparation of tax audits and provide technical guidance to resolve issues efficiently.

Review team work outputs to maintain high standards of quality and timeliness.

Conduct tax research, identify issues, and propose practical recommendations.

Support firm‑wide initiatives and continuous process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting (for Consultant) or 5 years (for Senior Consultant).

Strong technical knowledge in accounting and taxation (Brevet A & B required, C preferred).

Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and tax/accounting systems.

Strong analytical mindset, initiative, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Professional integrity, discipline, and adaptability.
