Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Gaming - Marketing Campaign Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives within our gaming segment. This role focuses on hands-on campaign coordination, execution support, and performance tracking across gaming partnerships and merchant activations.

Key Responsibilities

Gaming Campaign Execution & Coordination Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns with game publishers, game top-up merchants, and e-sports team Coordinate 360° campaign elements across digital, in-app, social media, and offline channels Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution details to ensure smooth rollout Support ongoing gaming activations and partnership initiatives

Campaign Performance Tracking

Track and monitor campaign performance using internal dashboards and reporting tools Compile post-campaign reports and support basic analysis of results Identify insights and improvement opportunities for future campaigns

Stakeholder Coordination

Work closely with internal teams (Product, Design, Operations, Business Development) to support campaign execution Coordinate with external partners such as top up merchants and e-sports team, on campaign requirements, timelines, and deliverables

Market & Competitive Research

Conduct research on market trends, gaming campaigns, and competitor activities Support the team with insights to inform campaign planning and execution

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from any major Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced industry, preferably Tech, Management Consulting or FMCG companies Proven experience in the gaming or digital entertainment industry as campaign marketing is a strong plus Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Passionate about games, digital culture, and staying ahead of industry trends
