Production Manager - Food - Jakarta (B-121775)

Our client is a Food / Beverages Company. Currently, they are looking for

Production Control / PPIC Manager .

Job Responsibilities

Work on-site to oversee and manage all production processes, including manufacturing operations, production flow and product quality.

Participate actively in daily production line operations and directly inspect choux pastry to identify issues and implement improvements.

Identify production problems and drive continuous improvement in pastry dough manufacturing processes.

Conduct quality control as part of production management.

Handle production-related Supply Chain Management (SCM) tasks.

Prepare and submit production reports to the Factory Director, Singapore Office and Headquarters.

Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Production Head / Production Manager in pastry manufacturing, preferably in choux pastry (highest priority), bread dough, or other pastry dough.

Hands‑on experience producing pastry dough, especially wheat‑based products.

Strong background in on‑site production management; not a desk‑based or administrative role.

Background focused solely on QC/QA is not suitable.

Experience managing and leading approximately 20 or more production staff.

High conversational English proficiency for communication with Japanese Factory Director, Singapore Office and HQ.

Experience working in a Japanese company or a newly established company is a strong advantage.
