HR Supervisor

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Supervisor; preferably from the manufacturing industry (FMCG or Cosmetics is a plus).

Strong understanding of the Job Creation Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and the latest labor regulations.

Demonstrates strong leadership skills while remaining empathetic in managing factory workforce dynamics.

Experienced in payroll management and familiar with HRIS systems.

Able to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
