Position Summary
We are seeking a
highly organized and strategic Program Manager
to lead the planning, execution, and governance of the
End-to-End (E2E) Content ecosystem —spanning social media, HCP communications, and advertising—for a global life-science organization. You will serve as the
central coordination point
across cross-functional teams, ensuring clear governance, visibility, and accountability while maintaining strict regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate combines
strong program-management expertise ,
exceptional communication skills , and a
solid understanding of content management and compliance operations
within a regulated environment
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Governance & Oversight
• Lead the global program covering
MLR (Medical, Legal & Regulatory)
and
DAM (Digital Asset Management)
integration projects.
• Establish and maintain program charters, roadmaps, KPIs, and risk registers.
• Deliver an
E2E content solution
from initial briefing through omnichannel publishing.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks; provide
fact-based status updates
to senior leadership via Jira and Confluence
• Enforce adherence to the client’s
SIMPLE project-management framework
across all stakeholder groups.
2. Stakeholder Management
• Orchestrate collaboration among
Science, CXA (Marketing capabilities), Digital, and Regulatory
teams.
• Facilitate steering-committee meetings and working groups; act as the
primary contact for global MLR and content-compliance initiatives .
• Manage vendor partnerships: negotiate SOWs, clarify roles and responsibilities, and maintain strong provider relationships
3. Project Execution & Change Enablement
• Drive the implementation of
MLR and Content-Management tools
and associated E2E processes.
• Support
change-management and training initiatives
to ensure global adoption.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics; maintain transparent reporting cadences.
4. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
• Identify opportunities to
optimize workflows
and enhance governance models.
• Stay current with
industry best practices and regulatory changes
(e.g., FDA, EMA, GDPR).
• Contribute to the evolution of
digital assets and content-lifecycle management
standards
Required Profile & Experience
Core Experience
•
8+ years
of program or project-management experience, preferably in
pharmaceutical, dermo-cosmetics, or healthcare
industries.
• Proven delivery of
content-production ecosystems
for regulated markets: consumer advertising, social media, e-commerce on third-party platforms, CRM, and omnichannel marketing
• Hands-on familiarity with
MLR systems (e.g., Veeva PromoMats)
and
DAM implementations .
• Demonstrated success working within
global, matrixed organizations
across multiple time zones.
Technical & Compliance Skills
• Deep understanding of
regulatory compliance and digital governance
frameworks.
• Proficiency with
Jira and Confluence
for project tracking and documentation
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into
actionable project plans .
