Company overview Our client is a leading wellness cannabinoid / CBD company operating across Europe, working across all verticals within the CBD and Cannabinoid market, slowly becoming a leader across Europe, generating significant revenue.

Founded in 2020, the business has grown steadily over the past six years and now employs around 20 people across Germany and the Czech Republic. They are actively selling into more than 7 countries across Europe. The company works across the full cannabinoid/CBD value chain. This includes finished CBD and cannabinoid products such as branded vapes and oils, CBD white label manufacturing for other wellness brands, the supply of raw cannabinoid materials, and CBD flower. Alongside cannabinoids, the business also operates in the nicotine vape space, offering both finished products and white-label solutions.

Manufacturing and production take place in Germany and the Czech Republic, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and European regulatory standards. Every product is supported by third party testing and full batch

Over the next eight months, our client is preparing to launch a licensed medical cannabis manufacturing and distribution operation and is currently progressing through the licensing process. The company was founded by a young, hands on entrepreneur and operates with a lean, fast moving culture. This is a business that values autonomy, ownership, and people who are comfortable building rather than waiting to be told what to do.

Role overview Our client is hiring a European Business Development Manager to focus primarily on white label CBD sales across Europe.

This role is a mix of new business development and account management. You will be given a small number of existing accounts to manage, but the core expectation is that you build your own portfolio of clients. Once you win a client, that account is yours to manage long term, including making commission on every single sale. You will own the full relationship from first conversation through to ongoing commercial growth.

The role is fully remote and will target multiple European markets including the UK, Spain, France, and other key regions. You will not be micromanaged. This is a role for someone who is comfortable working autonomously, managing their own desk, building their own pipeline, and creating systems that work for them.

The mindset we are looking for is someone who wants to build their own business within a business. You are trusted to run your territory, develop relationships, and drive revenue without constant oversight. While the primary focus is white-label CBD, candidates with strong contacts in finished products, raw materials, or CBD flower will be encouraged to leverage those relationships as well. Within the sales team there are already 3 employees, and you will be the 4th employee joining the team, reporting into the Sales Director.

Responsibilities • Build and grow a European client portfolio with a primary focus on white label CBD • Generate your own leads and convert them into long term commercial relationships • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and onboarding • Manage and grow accounts once they are live, acting as the main commercial point of contact • Identify opportunities across white label, finished products, raw materials, and CBD flower where relevant • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, pricing, and ongoing account support • Represent the company professionally with partners and clients across Europe • Travel internationally several times per year to meet clients, attend industry events, and support relationship building

Requirements Must haves • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development • Direct experience in one or more of the following areas o CBD finished products o White label CBD / Raw Materials CBD o CBD flower • An existing network within the CBD or cannabinoid space that you can actively leverage • Comfortable generating leads, opening doors, and closing deals independently • Confident managing accounts once they are won, not just handing them over • Strong communication skills and comfortable building relationships across different European markets • Highly autonomous and self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own desk without micromanagement

Bonus points • Specific experience selling white-label CBD solutions with a lot of contacts • Contacts across multiple European markets instead of just one market • Experience selling across CBD finished products, CBD raw materials, or CBD flower alongside white label • English is a hard requirement, but bonus points for any other eu languages

Benefits • Fully remote role, based anywhere in Europe or the UK • Base 40,000- 60,000 euros depending on experience • 10 percent commission on every sale you generate
