Quality Control Inspector

Job Summary: You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and safety of manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing various production processes to meet quality standards, cost objectives, and regulatory requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation from new project setup to internal project transfer.

Duties/Responsibilities: Perform visual and functional inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products. Conduct tests according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and industry standards. Maintain accurate records of inspection results and testing data. Document non-conformities and report them to the relevant departments. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Assist in the implementation of quality control procedures and corrective actions. Work closely with production teams to address quality issues and improve processes. Participate in quality meetings and provide input for continuous improvement initiative. Perform all other related duties as assigned by your direct Leader/supervisor

Required Skills/Abilities: Min. Graduated from Senior High School or Vocational high school At least 2 years of working experience in relevant industrial and engineering manufacturing, especially in SMT. Ability to work in team or independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to operate Microsoft Office Have a good communication skill, can speak English (min. passive) Positive mindset and Can Do Attitude Domicile in Batam will be preferred.
