I’m working with a fast-growing client in the medical imaging AI space that has recently secured significant new funding to accelerate its European expansion. The company develops advanced AI solutions that integrate into clinical imaging workflows, helping healthcare providers extract more value from imaging data, improve diagnostic confidence, and drive operational efficiency at scale. Their technology is already gaining traction with leading healthcare institutions and imaging networks.
They are now hiring a
Head of European Sales
to build and lead their commercial presence across key imaging markets in Europe.
The Role
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for defining and executing the European go-to-market strategy. You will own revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and establish a high-performing regional sales organization. The role requires a deep understanding of enterprise healthcare sales, long-cycle procurement, and the complexities of selling into hospital systems and imaging networks.
You will work closely with executive leadership, marketing, product, and clinical teams to shape market positioning and scale commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the European sales strategy across priority imaging markets
Build, lead, and mentor a regional sales team as the company scales
Drive enterprise sales with hospitals, imaging groups, and healthcare networks
Establish and manage distributor and channel partnerships where appropriate
Own pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue targets
Navigate complex procurement and regulatory environments across Europe
Collaborate with product and clinical teams to align commercial strategy with customer needs
Represent the company at industry events and with key opinion leaders
Provide strategic input to leadership on market expansion and pricing models
Ideal Background:
8–12+ years of experience in healthcare or medical imaging sales
Proven track record selling enterprise solutions into hospitals or imaging providers
Experience scaling sales in multiple European markets
Strong network within the radiology / imaging ecosystem is highly valued
Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing sales teams
Comfortable operating in a high-growth, venture-backed environment
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
Fluent English required; additional European languages a plus
