Operation Readiness Lead

About the Opportunity PT Prosys Bangun Persada is currently acting as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for a high-profile industrial project involving a Top‑Tier Client in the Mining & Mineral Processing industry. We are urgently seeking a highly experienced Operation Readiness Lead to ensure a seamless transition from the project phase to full operational capability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Operation Readiness framework to ensure the facility is fully prepared for commissioning and commercial operations.

Implement and manage ISA-95 Level 3 manufacturing operations management frameworks.

Oversee the deployment of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Establish systems for production performance tracking, downtime monitoring, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) deployment.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all operational deliverables are met on schedule.

Requirements

Education:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related Engineering field.

Experience:

Minimum 15 years of professional experience in a relevant field (Manufacturing/EPC).

Certifications:

Certified Black Belt Lean Six Sigma is a strong plus.

Technical Expertise:

Strong experience with ISA-95 Level 3 framework in a production facility; Proven track record in MES deployment and OEE implementation.

Industry Background:

Experience in the Automotive Manufacturing industry or High Precision Industry is highly desirable.

Work Location & Facilities Arrangement Phase 1: Jakarta (Head Office Assignment)

Location: Placed at the Client’s Head Office in Jakarta.

Working Hours: Following the Client’s office hour policy.

Facilities: Mobilization ticket provided (Flight/Train) from domicile to Jakarta.

Monthly Housing/Kos Allowance: IDR 1,500,000.

Phase 2: Gresik (Project Site)

Location: Relocation to the project site in Gresik.

Schedule: Work schedule determined by the Project Director based on site conditions.

Facilities: Full Accommodation – Employee Mess provided at the site.

Fieldbreak Transport: Flight tickets provided from Gresik to Jakarta (roundtrip) only.

Note: Onward travel from Jakarta to personal domicile (if outside Jakarta) is at personal cost.
