Project Drafter (Fitout Design & Build)

About the role PT. Maison Dekor Indo is seeking a talented Project Drafter to join our dynamic team. As a Project Drafter (Fitout Design & Build), you will play a crucial role in the design and delivery of our high-quality interior fitout projects. This is a full-time position based in our West Jakarta office, where you will contribute to the company's strategic objectives and help create inspiring spaces for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Producing detailed and accurate Interior & Architectural Shop Drawing for our fitout projects

Collaborating closely with the design and project management teams to ensure design intent is effectively communicated through technical documentation

Conducting site surveys and taking precise measurements to inform the design process

Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to resolve any technical issues during the construction phase

Maintaining project documentation and records in line with company standards

Supporting the wider design team with ad-hoc drafting and design tasks as required

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture, Interior design or a related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Drafter or Architectural Technician, preferably in the commercial interiors or fitout industry

Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other industry-standard design software

Strong technical drawing and spatial planning skills

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines

Good communication and collaboration skills to liaise effectively with the design and construction teams

Knowledge of building codes, regulations and fitout standards
