Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from manpower request, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding preparation.
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referral, and networking.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and motivation.
Support hiring managers by providing candidate recommendations based on job requirements and recruitment analysis.
Prepare recruitment documents such as interview notes, candidate evaluation, offering letter, and recruitment tracking reports.
Negotiate employment offers with selected candidates, including salary, benefits, and joining date.
Support employer branding initiatives such as job fair participation, recruitment campaigns, and social media hiring posts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (preferably from beauty, lifestyle, FMCG, retail, headhunting, or startup industry).
Experienced in handling mass hiring and multi-level positions (staff to managerial level).
