HR Staff

A trusted financial services company engaged in

Multilateral Futures Trading and other Derivatives . We provide a range of innovative and strategic investment products designed to meet the needs of retail and institutional clients.

Responsibilities: Responsible for recruitment for host/streamer, video editor, and customer service positions.

Preferably has experience in the e-commerce / live streaming / short video industry.

Experience recruiting hosts/streamers or video editors is a strong advantage.

Provide comprehensive HR support including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.

Assist in designing and implementing HR initiatives that improve engagement, retention, and job satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related challenges and opportunities.

Act as a communication bridge between Management and employees.

Requirements: Has prior experience minimum 1 year as an HR Generalist Staff.

Excellent communications skills.

Proficient in English and Indonesian, Mandarin is a plus.

Able to collaborate with internal leaders (host leader & editor leader).

Able to meet recruitment targets on time.

Organized, neat, and able to follow through until completion.
