Requirements:

Have 1-2 years working experience

Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from a reputable local institution with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale)

Strong ability to communicate effectively, through good report‑writing and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experienced in financial modelling, skilled in market analysis, data, market research, projections, and valuations

It’s a plus if you have knowledge of the capital market and hold a certification in CFA, FMVA, CFM, or other related certifications in Corporate Finance

Able to work in a fast‑moving, challenging and multi‑tasking environment

Willing to work hard, enthusiastic and self‑motivated

Placement: Jakarta Barat (Applicants from Jabodetabek area preferred)

Job Desk:

Day‑to‑day tasks will include but are not limited to conducting research on:

Due diligence on potential acquisitions, joint ventures, and other investment opportunities, and analysis of financial data and market trends to determine feasibility and profitability.

Financial data, manufacturer business, investment and M&A; especially related to evaluating potential investment opportunities.

Rules and regulations, such as the Competition Law, Investment Law, and Capital Market Law, governing M&A activity.

Perform financial due diligence for M&A's

Build a financial model for projection and valuation

Be motivated and willing to take the initiative to make things happen; quick to learn new skills and develop in new subject areas related

Work in teams to ensure that projects are launched on schedule and in accordance with the company's standards

Other tasks as assigned
