Business Analyst Manager

Analyze financial data and operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Read and analyze financial reports, providing strategic input to senior management to support decision‑making. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement effective business solutions. Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations to stakeholders and reports directly to the CEO. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. Conduct market and industry trend analyses to support strategic decision‑making. Utilize analytical software tools to generate actionable insights. Deliver actionable business insights and recommendations based on business analysis to support company decisions. Requirements :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance. At least 5 years of managerial experience in Finance, Business Analysis, Management, or related fields. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Experience with analytical software tools (a plus). Certification in CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis) or PMI‑PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) is preferable.
