Lead and oversee end-to-end fund operations, including fund structuring support, capital calls, distributions, NAV oversight, and fund reporting Manage fund accounting and financial reporting, working closely with external fund administrators, auditors, and tax advisors Ensure compliance with OJK regulations, fund agreements, and internal governance standards Oversee investor reporting, including quarterly reports, capital statements, and ad-hoc investor queries Partner closely with Investment, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to support deal execution and portfolio monitoring Drive process improvement, automation, and operational scalability as the fund grows Manage and develop the fund operations team, setting KPIs and ensuring high performance Act as the key point of contact for LPs, custodians, auditors, and regulators The Successful Applicant

Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA / CFA is a plus) 7+ years of experience in fund operations, fund accounting, investment management, or related roles Strong exposure to Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Asset Management environments Solid understanding of fund structures, LP agreements, capital calls, and distributions Strong knowledge of financial reporting, audit, and regulatory compliance Proven leadership experience managing teams and external service providers Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills What''s on Offer
